Accident or 3rd Party damage Report
In the event of an accident or a 3rd party damage, Firstly please make sure that you and everyone around you are safe. For any emergency, please dial 111 for Police or the Ambulance service.

Once you’re in safe spot, please do the following:
1. Notify the police if the accident involves injury
2. If possible, prepare a written statement of the facts signed by all parties. If agreement cannot be reached, obtain a copy of the police report
3. Do not make any admission of liability, as this may affect your insurance cover in place.
4. If you have a camera - please take photographs of damaged vehicles and the accident site. This will help us verify the damage and circumstances to assist us with any claim.
5. Please collect 3rd party information including, their Full name, email, Driver license number, Registration of their car, their insurance company name and photos of the damages to their car and mint rental car if any. 6. When its convenient, please email this info to us at support@mintrentals.co.nz (subject line: vehicle registration or your booking number)
